We strive to provide every client with a professional, relaxing, and personalized experience. Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Booking an appointment indicates that you have read and agreed to the policies below. Appointments: Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our booking system. Location: 811 S Fairview Street Santa Ana, C Business Hours: Monday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM Tuesday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM Wednesday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM Thursday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM Friday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM Saturday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM Sunday: Closed :) Please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate so appointment confirmations and updates can be sent. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is available to secure all appointments. Your deposit: Applies toward your final service total. Reserves your appointment time exclusively for you. Is non-refundable. May be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given according to our cancellation policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that plans sometimes change. Please provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice: Your deposit may be transferred one time. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. Late cancellations made less than 12 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows: Forfeit their deposit. May be required to prepay future appointments. May be declined future booking privileges after repeated no-shows. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may experience: A shortened appointment. A modified hairstyle. Appointment cancellation if there is insufficient time to complete the service. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the scheduled service price. Hair Preparation: To ensure the best results, please arrive with your hair: Clean Completely dry Fully detangled Free of excessive oils, grease, gels, sprays, or heavy product buildup. Your hair is required to be washed, blowdried, in case of extensive detangling, an additional fee of may apply, and additional service time may be required.
